Travel Directions: From the M25, M3, M27 (towards Bournemouth, Dorset)

• M27 becomes A31
• Turn left onto A338 (towards Bournemouth) Bournemouth By-pass
• At roundabout with traffic lights and Liverpool & Victoria offices on it, follow signs through Poole to Sandbanks & Ferry,
• Take the Ferry, Straight on after Ferry for 3 miles
• At Studland take 1st left to The Manor House Hotel.
