The Manor House Hotel competitive rates mean a stay here is not an expensive indulgence. We also have a range of special offers to tempt you to return off-season.

All bedrooms have colour TV, private bathroom or shower room with lavatory. They all have central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial phone and hair dryer. Many rooms have wonderful sea views, the remainder have a pleasant country or garden outlook. All differ in size and character, and most of the second floor rooms have some sloping eaves. There is no lift, but of course we will be pleased to help with any heavy luggage.

Children : we welcome children over five. Reductions are made for children sharing a room with two adults. Children over 16 are classed as adults.
Children aged 5 –10 sharing with 2 adults are charge £45 each per night, including high tea or dinner and full English breakfast.
Children aged 11-16 sharing with 2 adults are charged half the adult rate each per night, including high tea or dinner and full English breakfast.
A child sharing a room with one adult will be charged at the normal adult rate.

Pets : well-behaved dogs (and other pets) can be accommodated at our discretion. Please enquire when booking. Animals are only allowed in your own bedroom or in the gardens, not in public areas. Please bring your own bedding and food. A charge of £5 per night will be made per animal. Any extra cleaning or damage will be charged accordingly.

Single rooms : the hotel has no single bedrooms. If bookings allow, small doubles can sometimes be let for single occupancy. A surcharge applies (Tariff A: £35; Tariff B: £45). During peak times, the full double occupancy rate may apply.

Deposit : a non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee a booking (£50 per room up to 6 days; £100 per room, 7 or more days)

Cancellation : if you have to cancel your booking there will be a cancellation charge unless we are able to re-let the room. This will be calculated as percentage of the total cost.

More than 28 days before arrival: loss of deposit

28 — 14 days before arrival: 65%
14—5 days before arrival: 80%
Less than 5 days before arrival: 100%

Absence/early departure : we are not able to make any reduction for temporary absence or premature departure.
